David Abney, chief operating officer for UPS, will be the keynote speaker for the Chamber's Spirit of Innovation Awards Luncheon. The event will take place April 28 in the Convention Center. Recipients and finalists for the Kruesi Award for Innovation and the Early Innovator Award will be recognized during the luncheon.
